Something Wicked and Some Therapy… Back to Blog

Friday–really? Seriously?  Where did this week go?  (Oh, yeah, I think it vanished in a flurry of wrapping paper and Christmas trees…)

Today, I’m guest posting with the Wicked Authors–and I’m giving away an autographed copy of MIDNIGHT SINS to one commenter.  (Come on, you didn’t think I was finished with prize fun yet, did you?)  So head over, check out Something Wicked, and leave a comment for your chance to win!

I was also interviewed over at MUCH CHEAPER THAN THERAPY. Want to find out all my writing secrets? Well, some of them, anyway?  🙂  Just go over and check out my therapy session.  I’m giving away an autographed copy of MIDNIGHT SINS there, too. Come on–two chances to win!

Tomorrow is the Christmas party for my local RWR chapter.  Really looking forward to the food and great company!  But, before I get to eat, Joan convinced me to participate in a very chilly Jingle Bell Run for charity.  We’ll be running in our festive holiday gear, so maybe I’ll post some pics after the event.  What are you planning for the weekend?  Any holiday festivities waiting for you?

I too will be transitioning my decorations from Thanksgiving to Christmas. I hope to go to a Christmas tree farm and pick out our tree.

I’ll see you at the Jingle Bell Run. I only hope it won’t be as windy tomorrow as it today…burr!

Popped over to Much Cheaper Than Therapy to have a read – great interview, and then I ended up doing the spelling test in the post below!! Got 95% *polishing my halo* 😀

Nothing major here this weekend, next weekend we get out tree and decorate it. I may try and wrap a few items, though. *G*
Have a great time at the party and fun run!

Hey Cindy, doing the tree tonight and the grandkids and fam are spending the night tomorrow night. Plan on making breakfast pizza on Sunday, and enjoying the day.

I’m off to read your other blogs, busy gal! 😆 Have fun at the festivities too!

Tomorrow night is my parents’ Christmas open house. I’ll be spending all night tonight baking mini-cheesecakes and helping them prepare the other food for the party. I have five batches of mini cheesecakes to bake – 1 orange, 1 lemon, 2 peppermint, and 1 cherry chocolate chip. I’m really looking forward to it because it’s a tradition and it really gets me into the Christmas spirit.

My chapter is having a Christmas party too. I’ll bring my cranberry relish as usual. 🙂

Have fun at your Jingle Bell run!

Dani, don’t feel bad! I have my Christmas decorations up–but I also have pumpkins and other Halloween decorations still scattered through the house! Have fun!

Ashley, I’m hoping it’s not too cold, too! See you in the morning!

Okay, Willa…now you’ve got me wanting to take that test! Hope you have a great weekend!

Brandy, I love wrapping presents. My first job in college–I was a professional gift wrapper. 🙂 LOL–oh, the memories…

LaDonna, it sounds like you are going to have a wonderful weekend. Enjoy yourself!

Karin, good luck with your baking! Your tradition sounds like one great time!

Great interviews, Cynthia! Thanks for the heads up! It was a busy weekend (as they all look to be this month!) No running (at least not in an event…) for us, but between language school and concerts and church, there wasn’t as much down time as we’d like. We did manage to squeeze in a viewing of Wall-E though–the kids loved it! (Yes, we did, too!)
